There are several listed in the Steam Workshop. Just do a search for "thrones."
I haven't tried any of them, so I can't comment of their quality/playability.

This is for G&K, there is a BNW version, but it's not working for some reason, the game freezes and can destroy your other mods. So if you want to play it just turn off the BNW DLC.
