GRAPHICS: George Washington Animated Leaderhead

Description:
This modification replaces Abraham Lincoln with George Washington as the leader of America. Only the PCX and FLC files have been changed. If you desire to use this modification, you will have to edit the civ3mod.bic yourself to change the American leader's name to George Washington. The facial expression changes are very subtle, but are accurate reflections of the leader's mood. I also opted to not make modifications to the images to represent the four different time periods in the game (this will come later if I become more motivated).

Installation:
Please back up your files before using this. If you blow up your machine after installing this, don't blame me (as you were advised to back up your files). To use, simply extract and copy the contents of the archived folders into the corresponding folders in the Civilization III\Art directory (i.e. Washington\Advisors\AB_all.pcx to ...\Civilization III\Art\Advisors) and say "Yes" to overwrite the existing files.

As I cannot find an E mail address for you, I am posting here as to inform you of a graphic glitch with the Churchill letterhead.
Churchill always appears with a hole in his forehead, usually with the American letterhead graphics in this "hole". It would be more accurate to say that his whole forehead appears as a partial image of at least one other letterhead.
As I have deinstalled all Churchill graphics (this time being the last), I am not able to apply a screne shot.
I do wish to express my praise on the Stalin and Hitler graphics, I will continue to use these two in my games.

I am sorry you are experiencing problems with the Churchill animation. I have used it thoroughly and have had no similar problems. In any event, I will take a look at it closely to see if I have simply overlooked something. Could you give me a hint as to when the problem exhibits itself? This would help me narrow down my troubleshooting.

If anyone else is having problems with this or any other of my leaderheads, please post the problems here and I will address them promptly.

Sorry, forgot to check this post - been doing my mod.
The graphic error occured first when another letterhead came up first to trade demand or whatever, then secondly in same round Churchill came up. After the first error - it becomes glitched permanently.
I had Roosevelt, Stalin, and Hitler installed at same time. If I remember right it is Roosevelts graphics (his mouth and eyes that always appeared in Churchills forehead first. Probably problem associated in using them both.
Let me know if you find it and fix it.

How do you make those? If you paint them that's a helluva of job.
