Aztecs Jaguar extra :c5movement: in Forest and 50% on Jungles is nice
France 2 is useful for Early Honor

Ghandi Low military flavor
Harun Al-Rashid Easy to identify Starting Location

Advanced Settings:

Climate: Arid Reduces Forests and Jungle
Sea Level: High Reduces tiles to cover in the Map
World Age: 5 Billion Years Reduces Number of Mountains and Hills

Send your Warrior Explore; [T0-7]
Send your Army Next To Your Opponent's Borders In The Best Strategic Positions Possible; [T7-13]
Declare on your Opponent when His Initial Warrior Is Exploring; [T13]
Use only Instant Heal as your Promotion; [T13-14]
Conquer your Opponent's ; [T15]

I dont think so. The AI spawns with 3 Warriors and will have bought another 2 or in the worst case 2-3 Archers by turn 15

The HoF Submission is on Chieftain difficulty...

I tried it 15 times on deity, no luck. Ghandi is not suitable because he spams his annoying elephants from turn 1 on.
