I've been playing R&R for years now and there's a bug that never went away.
Train oil company event that gives you a ship and manufactory repeats in a while and after first time you cannot acccept it, since you already have it in your capital. Thus you get 3 turs of disorder. I didn't care much for it, but it happened twice in consequent turns and my capital had 6 turns of disorder. Playing on marathon and gigantic, it takes quite a time to play turns so it became quite annoying.
So, I need help in xml to edit this event, to make a check that if there already is a train oil manufactory in the city and letting in happen in another city, perhaps? People here can also use it then.
