Help is urgently needed

Crying for HELP HERE!!

My PC caught a virus, disaster!

Reinstall Windows, OK!

Now I am trying to restore CIv 5 from Steam's BACKUP.

It does work, but when I checked the backup, it is almost 7GB!!!!!

I DONT have that much bandwidth with my Internet connection, this month is nearly used up. But the restore keeps downloading.

I am not a tech guy!! Please help me! I suppose the restore can be done offline because the backup has created a folder called Sid Meier's Civilization V and contains around 7GB of data. Now how do I restore offline, is it possible at ALL?!!!

Unsubscribe from various subscriptions, perhaps?
Don't worry about ancient game saves?

Why dont you book off to a starbucks and use their internet?
If it's not a laptop just put the computer and monitor in a suitcase.

hey man I have been playin on an outdated PC Laptop with several viruses for years and I am fine if it gets so bad go to Best Buy or something. Luckily I have a school computer that I can use too. Therefore my PC is now dedicated to Civ and Music/Video editing.
