I can`t find horse resource anywhere on my world. So, how do i get these ? I have a rancher, can he help to generate some horse ? Not sure how to get them, any tips would be appreciated, thanks.

You must buy them from Europe or dismount a scout and then build stable.

Yes, initially you can only get horses from Europe, they are usually very cheap. To grow your own you need to build a stable for your rancher and that needs 50 horses.
