How Can People Enjoy the Game with the VP and EUI Mods if it keeps crashing late game

It seems you reach memory limit issue in >350 turns games. I can't find any closure and it's really frustrating. Is there nothing to fix this or to reduce memory usage?

what version of VP are you using and do you use any other mods (including modmods) alongside it?
