Me and some friends are trying to create a mod for a new civ where the theme revolves around railroads. The idea we had for how the units behaved involved having UUs that only move on constructed railroads. We quickly discovered that one of the few ways we could achieve this was to look into how domains operated, and figuring out if we could create a new one to make rails their own domain similar to land and ocean tiles. Is this possible, and what tools/knowledge would I need?
I want to make a domain for rails. Would I be able to achieve this?
