I have been looking around a bit to be able to use more then one Secret Society or even all 4 of them. I found a setting called "MAX_GOVERNOR_APPOINTMENTS" which was set to 8, but rising that to 11 didn't do the trick, at least not in an already started game (will try a new one soon).
Since I am not playing the game as supposed and treat it more as a SimCity Game in which I already cheat heavily, this is one thing I can't unlock.
Is that possible at all and if yes, could someone point me in the correct direction how to do it?
