Is the Modding Community still active for CIV IV :BTS?

Hi Everyone,

I admit I am arriving a bit late -- well, very late-- to the modding community, but I am having a great time modding CIV IV.

I have played the Thomas War mod for more than a year and now have decided to strike out and create my own mod. I am so impressed with the community here providing help, models, and bits of XML code.

I just wondered if there is still a strong following on the boards? I understand Civ V is coming out in a couple of months, but Civ IV is still such an incredible game with so much untapped potential.

I hope to post my own mod here someday and curious if others still feel as I do that Civ IV is and will always be the king?
