Is there a mod where you can sell land to other civs?

I have some territory in what would be Northern France that I would like to give to the French because I have no use for it, and they are my ally and I liberated most of their cities and they probably need it more than I do. most of the tiles are more than 3 tiles away from London, and can't be worked. I'm using the play the world extended mod with true start locations on.

Well you can sell them cities(which they'll play anything for) but not individual tiles. Although that would be a bit unbalanced because you could just spam cities & sell them to the AI for high prices & just ruin there science, culture, gold etc.

you cant sell any city for anything. a 1 pop city you captured, but dont want sells for like 2 GPT.
