Is there a shortcut to re-start on turn one?

Because my starts always suck. I watch people's youtube vids and they're starting on a river, on a hill, next to a mountain, three unique luxuries, food.

I start in the middle of a marsh or jungle with damn near nothing around.

I'm using 'strategic resources'. Should I change that?

Reloading the initial autosave and then using the restart game button is usually a bit faster than exiting to the main menu.

No, I think there's something like 'ctrl-shft-n' and it gives you a different start, but only on the first turn.

I can't remember the keyboard keys though.

There is a button that allows you to restart on turn 1.

However, your starting position will be random. No TSLs anymore.

You are probably watching people who start with "legendary start" option. It's in the advanced settings when you set up a game.
It guarantees 3 copies of a luxury near your capital and also a bunch more extra bonus ressources.
I think it also has a river bias, but all starts seem to have a river / fresh water bias.
