Well, a musician or band IRL wouldn't perform a show in a country currently at war, let alone with his/its homeland. This shouldn't allowed in-game, this is just plain silly, really

This would be a USO show, like the scene in Apocalypse Now or Bob Hope entertaining the troops in WWII. Glen Miller was lost in France in 1944.

Of course, but how does it enhance the US culture in the other country ? But I don't mind one way or the other, whether they remove or not this option of back-culture-bombing right after DOWing is not really that important (for now at least).

If they'd remove it it'd be really hard to win culturally in MP since all human players would just permanently DoW a culturally powerful civ.
