keep getting kicked

me and my friends keep getting kicked in the multiplayer lobbies. am i the only one having this problem? and is there a way to fix it?

After the most recent patch... it takes a long time for me to enter some games in the lobby (some not.) If the host sees a big ping, they will bump you. I have gotten many more expulsions lately than before.

i actually hosted the games but when i try playing with friends it says(on there screen only)that i get kicked or my friend gets dropped. we've tryed it when he host same results and ive tried with other friends too and same problems. is any one else getting this same prob?
