I used a historic religions mod in that game. I forget the exact name of the mod but has something to do with "historic religions". It adds quite a number of extra religions. The icon is a cloud with rays out of it, and by default the religion is manichaeism, I think. I just preferred the icon in this case and named the religion myself though.
