[Mac] Civ4: Colonization bug : slow mouse

If I use the mouse with the Apple Store version of Civilization 4: Colonization, the cursor moves slowly. There is a delay in the response of about 3-4 seconds. If I use my Macbook Pro's trackpad, the cursor's bug goes away.

Hey, I have the same issue with the Steam version and I've found NO information whatsoever about this bug.

Yes. Playing with my trackpad.
