MAC?

I have a Mac. I have CIv4 v. 3.1.9 downloaded on Steam...
I am VERY excited to load up your mod.. Unzipped and dropped it in the MODS folder... Fire up Civ with baited breath.......
.....
And gives me long error messages when I try to load and shuts down Civ

Suggestions?
