Missing PTW WWII icons

I couldn't remember whether or not this had been made, so I went ahead and made my own version. If there's already another version floating around, we can always have something to choose from. I only tested a few of them in game, so let me know if there's anything wrong with them.

Only the ones not included in Conquests were made. They are not outstanding obviously, since they are just screenshots from the .flc files.

I think they are ok and if not perfect, at least they do the job

I assumed that the American Anti-tank was included in Conquests, but it seem it not. Is this correct or am I wrong?
