Mix AI difficulty in VP? (me + 4 settler AI VS 1 deity AI)

Is it possible to play VP in mixed difficulty?

In other strategy game, I can set easy/medium/hard AI independently in the same game.

It enables very interesting scenarios.

I would love it if you could change to another civilization mid game, to get a different challenge. In other games you can do this, but I don't think this is possible in Civ 5.

It's not built in to civ 5 UI but can be done. Firetuner has an option to force a switch to another player

You can if you set it up as a multiplayer game, no need for other players can just use AI's, you can save and reload the game and switch into them.
