Mobile SAM + Blitz

Does anyone know for sure if a Mobile SAM unit with the Blitz promotion could intercept twice ?
Cause "1 additional attack per turn"

I was initially confused because I thought OP was talking about Blitzkrieg, and I couldn't understand how +1 movement could get you +1 attack

On topic, I got no idea, never managed to get an AA gun with that much xp. I'm not even sure they got xp when they damage an incomming place. I think they do but not 100% sure

I don't think it can, and for air unit there is a promotion named sortie for intercepting twice

I doubt it. The may intercept twice is usually a promotion that comes with figther type units.
