Modbuddy setting values to 0

So I've just finished working on a mod I edited manually ( outside of Modbuddy, basically another leader as a separate civ ) and it worked perfectly in the game, already has a modfile
However as soon as I transfer the files from the mod to Modbuddy and press the build function in it, it builds the mod and generate a new modfile, but set every value to zero which means the mod appears on the load mods tab but it doesn't appear ingame/I can't select the civ. It is not a mod issue as it was working perfectly before the build with the other modfile.

How do I solve this? It is quite frustrating as I had to private the mod on SteamWorkshop

It is basically a Adastra mod but led by Cassius, which used the original Amicus mod as a base
( some pictures of it during the testing phrase, aka before importing the files into modbuddy )
