Mod's not working in game

First of all , Hi everyone .
Right , i have a couple of mods installed . But i don't really see any of em in action . I mean like none of the mods are being used in game . Everything is same as back when i had no mods . Is this some kind of bug ? And before you ask , yes i have the mods installed .
