im playing with venice on deity
now i got capital on river-coast-mountain
can i build machupichu and observatory in 1 tile mountain? the mountain BESIDE my capital

yep, all mountain wonders and buildings can use the SAME mountain.

It is the same as national college. Adds +50% to science, but the tech is far later in the Renaissance. Beeline Astronomy if you want the effect early. With Venice it's better to get it early.
