How to use the snipping tool:
Here is what you do. Built in to every Vista and Windows 7 operating system is a snipping tool. Go to your start menu, and search "snipping tool". There, you will find a tool that lets you take a screenshot of all or part of your screen. Click "New" and drag your cursor to make a rectangle around the area you want to capture. You can then edit your pictures. Draw on them, highlight stuff, whatever. Then save your pictures to a folder that you can find easily. Then use http://imgur.com/ to put your pictures into a forum- friendly format. Just drag all your pictures onto the main page of the site and hit the "upload" button on the site. You will then be given a series of formats for each picture. Pick the one appropriate for the forum or blog or whatever you want to post the picture on. Just copy (Ctrl-C) the URL and paste (Ctrl-V) to, this forum, lets say.

Play on Windowed mode to make it easier to snip.
