New Building: Barn

Hey here is a building that i made it is a barn structure and i treated it like a Granary

to put it in the game all you have to do is insert the civilopedia.txt with the other #BLDG_..., insert the pediaicons.txt at the end of the buildings section after wealth, and insert the .pcx files

hopefully this makes sense

Unfortunately, you can't really change the aerial view. Well, if you really wanted to, you could replace graphics. But you can't add.

I think that the improvement could be more improved . . . lack of decent graphics.
