NO Airial view in city screen WHY?

I read A thread that says that there's no Airial view in scenarios, But why? I have played PTW scenarios with airial view, before I bought Conquest, and I never got a crash.

It's because new buildings can't be added to the aerial view. It requires an unfeasible amount of reprogramming or something. Look in the mod forums. Besides, as cool as the aerial view is the first time you play civ3, it adds absolutely nothing to the game and you'll even eventually forget it exists.

Some forget it others no.I for sure don't accept the fact that the new G.W aren't included in the Aerial view.Decide otherwise only for the last expansion C3C,makes no sense.(talking for the company)

They left the aerial view out so they could include more bugs in c3c.
