I think 100 pop city should have around 10 milion people, and size 200 - 100 milion people.
Now my 137 pop capital has 560 000 000 citizens

Nope, my starter space colonies have 250 people at 3 pops.

This is more people than in America and about half of China/India population.

56 milion could be legit though.

These are really just arbitrary numbers at the moment. Yet for some reason, I care about them too. At some point I'll be looking to arrange them a bit better. Probably when it stops being quite so non-game effect linked.
