Not finding my friend on the internett??

I have been playing with a friend on the net. Everything worked fine until one week ago.
I can’t find him in the lobby, and he can’t find me in the lobby.
We can find other people and join them, and then we can see each other.
If he hosts a game I can’t see him and vice versa, so we can’t play our game together!!
Can anyone help out here?

I am also having this problem with my friend but I think it might be because he does not have the Babylon expansion pack and I do although I am not sure if this is true.

The solution is that you and your friend has to be on the same region in steam.

Look at settings - download i steam.

Really? I didn't think that the game was so integrated with the client.
