One to Rule them All

I tried for the One to Rule them All Achievement, tiny map with One City Challenge turned on. I captured the enemy capital triggering a win, and the achievement for winning with Sweden, but did not get the One to Rule Them All achievement. Can you just not get it with military victory?

Unfortunately the achievements systems are fairly broken. Sometimes you don't get them when you should have. Perhaps it will come on future games? The most important thing is you did it, so well done!

Yeah I got the "No white flag" achievement for winning as Carthage a while later after I've played (and finished) a completely different map..

Would it work if I keep reloading and winning?

Not sure. You could try it

Don't think so. Roll another map and win. At least you now have the know-how
