Problem Loading FHF2

Whenever I attempt to start FFH (Whether with shortcut or trying to load a mod), I get this message:

GFC Error: failed to initialize the primary control theme

Any help?

There is a list in the FfH2 Bug Thread called System Issues. Look at System Issue #1.

This also happens if you have only applied the patch and not the main mod.
