Will appear randomly
Is there a random event that would cause barb ballista elephants to appear? Because an extremely large horde (far more than seven) randomly appeared by an AI in one of my games and wiped their civilization off the planet. They weren't wanting for military, either; they had about six cities with at least five archers on each (this was the iron age), and the barbs also took some cities out of adjacent civs. I have no idea how this happened, but once barbarian civ took effect this was by far the coolest thing that has happened to me yet; every one of the cities (in one or two cases there were two cities) turned into an individual civ, all packed into the area that the first large civ once occupied.
