Remove Improvement for a civ

Hi, I am a newbie at modding, and I was wondering if someone knows how to remove a certain improvement (a generic terrace improvement buildable by all civilizations) from a specific civilization.

Any help in sql or Xml would be nice !
And does someone also know a list of all SQL commands for modding civ 5 ?

I think only the inca can build a terrace farm. why do you say all civs can build it?

Because I use a mod that allows every civilization to build a terrace, which is weaker than the Incan Terrace, but when you play as the Inca you still have the possibility to construct the two and I would like to remove the weaker one for the Inca

I think you would have to set the specific civ required tag to true and then set the civilization type tag to everyone else but inca. I don't know of an easy way to do that
