Resources bonus disappearing

In my last game I built a city on copper and I did not get the copper resource even though I had already researched mining.

Also when I build holy sites on marble I have been losing the marble happiness bonus. This has been going on for a month I just never reported it until now.

I dont know if this is related at all but Ive seen something similar. In my last couple of games I didnt get iron in my first cities playing as rome.

I use other mods however and even though I tried I never succeeded in finding the culprit.

I know I keep saying it but: logs please!

Also, you do still need to research Mining to have the Iron resource revealed. Until that happens there will be no Iron shown as available.

I thought GP improvements were only compatible with strategic resources (since they are hidden on the map until researched) and luxury resources aren't.
