Hi, I made a mod inspired by this mod (and also R.E.D.) that contains 3 types of scaling currently.
The current build requires Vox Populi, but I can make it to be able to work with just base Civ V.
Vox Populi version: Unit Scaling and Formation for VP.
BNW version: Unit Scaling and Formation
The setup process is already bare-bones friendly, but needs some code adjustments to work with base Civ V.
Also, it's easy to add additional units because I made a custom table specifically for that mod.
