Here is something that happened to me last night:
I had many mega cities as the American's in the late game and wanted to go for the Space Race achievement. I built all the components in two turns, but after getting very tired of the cut scene over and over again in that time I backed out after the last piece was completed; instead of launching the ship. I couldn't find a way to go back to the space view and launch the thing.
Yes, I know that it was my fault, but try seeing that cut scene 10 times in a row and you will get a bit fed up as well. Anyway, if anyone knows a way to get back and launch after the max number of pieces are completed, please let me know. If not, perhaps this should be fixed in a subsequent update.
