Stonehenge not providing anything + Holy District not available (Not a Bug)

Hi,
Patch version 1.0.0.26.

I have constructed a Stonehenge Wonder beside my City-center and near a stone resource, as required.

Bugs to report:
1. It did not provide me with a Great Prophet. Nothing happened.
2. The tile is not displaying the +2 faith yield (I only see it through the city detail screen)
3. The Holy District is NOT available for construction in all cities that I have, even though I have the Astrology technology.

Thank you for your hard work. Otherwise this is the greatest Civ ever!

Are you, by any chance, playing as Kongo?

Kongo cannot generate Great Prophets (so no Great Prophet from Stonehenge for Kongo), cannot found a religion, and cannot build Holy Sites (or any buildings that go in Holy Sites).

Please disregard #1 and #3, I just realized that this is actually a unique "disability" of the Kongo nation. My mistake.
However, #2 could still be a good minor improvement.

And also, maybe consider adding wording in the Stonehenge description that it does not provide a Great Prophet for Kongo. It's good to know for other civilizations as well because if they find out early in the game that Kongo is there, they know they will be less tempted to build Stonehenge.
