Story upgrade to Sentenial upgraded to settler instead

As the title says, TXT strings are still showing instead of cost but I've seen that reported. When I chose the option on my Scout to heal and upgrade to Sentenial it upgraded to a Settler instead. It promptly got eaten, lol.

This is a result of the old GEM stories.

The code is asking for an upgrade to the now defunct SENTINEL unit. Since it doesn't exist, the game says, "oh here you go the next best thing".
Unfortunately the 'next best thing' is the first listed unit - a settler.

I've uploaded a fix for this along with the necessary TXT fix for it. I haven't touched any of the other TXTs yet. This seems to be the only MAJOR bug regarding stories so the need to fix it quickly.
