Strange mod CTD

When I load up my mod, everything seems fine. However, after I choose leader etc. and the game starts loading, I get CTD with no error reports. But here's the trick. I figured that if I press Ctr + PrintScreen during loading screen repeatedly, the game loads fine. But after I try to enter worldbuilder, it CTDs. Anyone knows what the problem is?

A custom mod of mine. It is loading fine now but when I try to enter WorldBuilder, it still CTDs.
