Team Vote - Amendment to the Ruleset

fe3333au has proposed an amendment to the ruleset regarding refugees and their old forum.

Current rule:

0.3.1 - Membership retention after Defeat

Description: Members of teams that were defeated in the current game are allowed to join the team that conquered them, if the team will have them. They may also join neighboring teams that they had contact with at the time of their defeat.

Proposed amendment:

Description: Upon defeat, members of the defeated team lose access to their native forum. They are allowed to join the team that conquered them, if the team will have them. They may also join neighboring teams that they had contact with at the time of their defeat.

UN Reps, please organize a poll and have your team's vote by Saturday, June 24, 12:30pm PDT (Saturday, June 24, 19:30 GMT). This should allow ample time to discuss and vote upon this issue.

There doesnt seem to be any objections to the amendment from Team Doughnut. So yes.

Since the majority of the teams have voted yes, this amendment has passed! Team K.I.S.S. may still post their vote.

Rule 0.3.1 now reads as this:

0.3.1 - Membership retention after Defeat
