Since I started playing Civ 5 about a year ago, I've been playing smoothly on DX 10/11 without any real problems. However, starting a few weeks ago, the terrain on any game using DX 10/11 looks like this (washed out, smoothed over, etc,):
I've never had this problem before with DX 10/11, I can still play Civ BE on DX 10/11 without this happening as well, DX 9 still looks normal and I haven't made any changes to my computer, hardware or software. Also, I've already reinstalled the game and spoke with 2K support about this, both to no avail. Has anyone else seen this before, and how can I fix it?
