What are the differences between Civilization V and Civilization V: Game of the Year

I am looking to purchase Civilization V, and I see two different versions on Steam:

Civilization V
Civilization V Game of the Year Edition

What are the differences between them? Does the Game of the Year edition include an expansion pack or DLC?

There have been different GOTY editions released in different countries. Usually they include most or all of the DLC maps and civilizations released before G&K plus some soundtrack pieces.

Yes. I got the one from the UK which has the soundtrack, plus some Civ stuff, but it never had G&K or BNW which I got separately much later.
