What is going on with the new game of CIV2 democractic game here!

It don't mean a thing....
Not sure that this is the right place for your enquiry but I'll answer it anyway.
The answer is: We don't know. Yet. Or at least, we haven't made a decision on the future of the game. There has been talk of a MP game but TF doesn't want it at this site so go to Gamecatcher for details. The single player game will continue and the options we have at the moment are: to play a scenario, to play on the world map, or to play a random game at Deity level so that players who are not comfortable with this level of Civ 2 can take part and learn things from the more experienced players. My prefence is for an educational game, allowing those without the confidence to try Deity for themselves to learn some useful techniques and the differences between the top level and the one they play on. Whether this is on a world map or a random one, everything will be discussed! Come to the forum (advertised below) and express your interest if you want to take part in the next SP game.
