Please can anyone help me fix this:
I always play domination as England. Several times recently I've just been getting into my stride as it were when I get a message that some CS or other has been bullied by Nobody.
After that the game slowly becomes unplayable, as a host of issues start to occur (e.g. I can no longer communicate with said CS, I lose the option to puppet captured cities etc. etc.)
I cannot begin to tell you how annoying this is! Really good games become ruined.
So I assume that what is happening is that a civ I have eliminated was lined up to bully the CS on a regular basis. But is there anything I can do to fix this? It is routine for me to capture all cities belonging to an enemy for the obvious reasons. Surely there must be some way to avoid this? Or has my game become bugged?
