Is there an option to allow rebuild of world wonders if city they were located were razed?

An easy DIY workaround is to edit the Civ4BuildingClassInfos.xml file and change iMaxGlobalInstances to 2 for that specific wonder you want to rebuild.
This is the easiest solution AFAIK. Otherwise it may require dll modding (but at least python). But there is no such option.
