I've come back to civ4 after several years away, and mostly I'm glad I'm back.
But I'm a little dissapointed at the same time. I can finish a marathon game in a long evening. I remember them taking days. And the huge map doesn't seem all that big. Now that I've got a better computer, it should be able to handle something quite large with a bunch of opponents. So I'm looking for a mod to fix those: a longer game, and a bigger map. I've heard of some really good mods like bug and bat. I probably will install them sometime. But I'd like to return to what I remember before branching out.
So what's a good simple mod for a longer game and bigger map?
(and only those. like i said, other stuff comes later. if needs must it can have other stuff, so long as i can play generic bts but with...wait for it...longer game and bigger map.)
