I was playin gods of old mod and noticed this city has no population! It uses no tiles and so is stagnent so it will have zero population forever! I think it got tsunami'd when it had 1 population or something.
just wounder haven't tested but would this happen if you managed to get lot of unhappiness in the city so that nobody would work no tiles worked = no food, or is the city tlie always worked?
