Flicster should work on Vista. You can try to copy these two files from the original installer into the Flicster installation directory.

In my opinion the most interesting feature is the c'n'p color groups from one palette to another. It has made my life so much easier then. But I'm probably not too up to date in the civ modding subject. Btw, I had had problems with the version 3.01. It creates error messages on my system...

Here's the version from my mod. The ini has Keshik sounds linked, that means PTW, or C3C only. If you want something else follow Stephs hint.

I just found out that there's the new version 3 of PalSuite. It's a tiny but very powerful freeware palette editor by Alister Thomson. I think it should be here in Utility forum, since it makes palette editing quite easy. You can find it here.

Unfortunately, I haven't made this tanks. They come with CIV3. I just gave them a new "skin". But Tiger I should be around. Ripptide as well as Wyrmshadow have made some.
