  • Yeah. At least I'm done with them on Wednesday, but the two I have left are from my two least favourite courses, so we'll see...
    Nice! Good for you. :)

I am fine, in the middle of my exams, which have been looking good so far. I am also going to do the paperwork to try and get to study next year in Melbourne for at least one semester.
Oh no, it is undoubtedly female.

But I am not trans either. I just liked it a lot, plus I am quite the Bob Dylan fan, so I thought it could be fun. :)

    Anyway, how do you do?
Luiz has happily spent £100 a day on food before, eating out twice a day. He's rich enough to make living in the US ideal for him.
I think we should/could start a 'Draw your own babe' thread. But I have to finish hosting my own forum game first.

    And, really, hang in there.
Hopefully things resolve for the better for you soon. Drop me a PM if you like to talk, alright? :)
Alright, poking around, and I think I want my biomes to be a bit more diverse options-wise than what you did; question on if you think I've gone overboard:

    Class 1:
    Plains
    Hills
    Mountains

    Class 2:
    Savannah
    Grasslands
    Steppes

    Class 3:
    Rainforests
    Cloud forests
    Temperate forests
    Taiga

    Class 3:
    Wetlands
    Mangroves

    Class 4:
    Deserts
    Scrublands

    Class 5:
    Tundra
    Glaciers

    Class 6:
    Coral reefs
    Atolls

Current idea is that players would have a mix of player-chosen and randomly selected biomes, but they wouldn't have access to more than one per class, and overall would be capped at between 3-5 classes (still a work-in-progress, so I haven't solidly selected a number). Biomes could still be combined (within reason), and it's a max of two per turn (and they cannot be connected to each other, I think).

    Your thoughts on this?
A question - I notice in NES, you've begun a world-building project, one that appears quite interesting.

I'm very interested in ideas like that, and was wondering if you would have any opposition to me drawing inspiration from it? I imagine that the mechanics of any game/exercise would be quite different, as would the intended use (at least insofar as I can tell what yours is), but, seeing as it would be very much inspired by your project, I figured it would still be best to ask.
indeed, forgive me for using allegories (which naturally are hardly perfect expressions of whats in ones mind), but if one must compare how I see iralliamite chant, its as something of a combination between Coptic/byzantine/shingon/Vedic chants. In that it has the sonority and instrumentation that you get with byzantine and Coptic music, but the trance-inducing sort of beat of shingon and the mantraic sort of flow you get with Vedic chant.

Your piece has something of the kind of sonority and a taste of the mantraic component I imagine Iralliamite ritual chant would have.
Its pretty good, somewhat like what I imagine Iralliamite chant to be like albeit my vision is more fast paced and has instruments (such as the oyo [lyre] )
It would have been more than hypocritical if I'd done that, especially as the conversation was provoked by your mangling of English. :p
The joke is that I don't speak a single word of Danish. My local bakery's pastries speak more Danish than me. :)
Don't worry - you're still marginally better with English than I am with Danish. :)
