I do not believe in it, and I think a large portion of the evidence in favor of it was caused by the flood making the Earth look older. The rest is scientific propaganda IMO.

If I had to date the Earth, I'd guess somewhere between 7 and 8 thousand years, but anything from 6-10 is reasonable.

This is especially true in the political world, but still moderately true in the real world. For instance, nobody OUTSIDE politics would say "We need to pass the law to see what's in it" (Nancy Pelosi).

However, some are pretty close. However, there are more reasonable (Though very misguided) liberals in the real world than the political one (Where the Democrats are just filthy liars 3 quarters of the time at least.)

Conservatives also know the definition of "Moderate." Liberals seem to think it means "Slightly less looney than us" (Though not all of them.) Whereas, we conservatives know people like Romney and Mccain are the real moderates, while Obama and Pelosi are just nuts.

As for the test calling people centrists, wow. My grandpa only got +0.75 in the economic sphere (And like +0.48 or something towards authoritarian) yet he's almost as much of a supporter as the free market as me and considers Obama not only liberal but socialist as well.

I was dividing social and economic liberty, even though I consider both essential to freedom. However, the liberals are just as authoritarian or more for wanting to ban guns than the GOP is for wanting to ban drugs.

As for your question, yeah, but Pinochet was a right-wing authoritarian. They do exist, though leftist ones are more common.

Personally, I'd still take anarcho-communism over a Pinnochet based free-market dictatorship, but anything short of that, and I usually care more about economic freedom than social freedom, and, while I happen to support the legalization of both guns and drugs, I consider the right to own a gun essential as its in the bill of rights, while I consider the right to use drugs an individual issue to be decided by your state.

In any case, I agree with the Republicans much more than the Democrats. The Libertarians are my favorite party though.

Also, just because your "Authoritarian" doesn't mean your like some kind of evil freedom hating Hitler. The Republican party, at least most of them are "Authoritarian" to an extent (The Dems are worse IRL) but that doesn't mean they are like Hitler.

I personally think the abortion question was stupid, but I only added it because a lot of people think its libertarian to support it. I do not.

Hmm, are you running this on a Mac? Because that might contribute to issues as I've heard the setup is different than the Windows versions. No idea how to solve it, because it works on our versions. (post the details on the main thread, and possibly a copy of the civilopedia.txt so I can manually fix it)

Anyhow, we are almost done with 2.0, and it will be released in 26 days, same time as V. It's worth the wait; we balanced up everything, as opposed to just thinking what stats might be good and using it without testing it.
