1 city, 4 soldiers and it will take 5-6 turns to get the forces positioned to finish it. if I remember correctly ;)

Replacement needed in the "Give me 18 but not on earth" I'm in 3rd/4th with possibilities as the other players are my equal or better in the top 4-5 so a proper alliance 'could' propel the new me to victory. Location has some weakness. http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=452162
